Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of EDIFYING, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
Your good words will lift your husband up. It will make him feel needed as well as appreciated and that you are there for and with him. Grace gives him the time and space to hear exactly what you are saying. He takes it in and begins to except and receive it. He works on what you have said. He begins to notice that he/y’all can do this. He’ll notice the actions and difference you are taking on and he then begins to want to be apart.
GO ON ladies minister and serve your husband's with gracious words and lovable actions. He deserves it as well as you which mean you both will be rewarded!!!! Remember, that while you are saying, lifting up and encouraging your husband; God sees, hears and will answer.

Do you love and appreciate your husband enough to hold his deepest hurts? Can he come to you and talk with you about anything, without judgment? Will he feel secure pouring out his heart to you, knowing you won't share it with anyone else? Can he count on you to pray for him instead of throwing insults and pointing blame?
No one likes a gossiper. Keep your man's business in the home; a place where he seeks refuge, strength and comfort. He will appreciate you for it.
