Day 3 – The Provider in Him 1/29/13
You worked hard and deserve all you’ve got coming. Enjoy the blessing! Revel in the goodness!
Psalm 128:2 MSG
Lord, today I give thanks for my husband, who works hard to provide for his family. Lord we thank You for the activities of his limbs. God, we ask that You would continue to bless his arms, hands, legs and feet. We ask... that You would strengthen his body, neck and back. Where there is tension, use me, his wife, to work out the kinks by massaging him. Thank you Lord that although his labor his hard, he complains not. Thank You Lord for giving him the strength to rise every morning, to go out into the work field, and to give it his all. Lord protect and keep him.
Today, I choose to encourage my man of God by acknowledging him as the provider of my family. Whatever I can do the make his day easier when he gets home, I will do. Thank you Lord for my husband, who is strong and courageous. We give You praise Lord God. In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Day 4 - Living a Godly & Quiet Life 1/30/13
In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands. Then, even if some refuse to obey the Good News, your godly lives will speak to them without any words. They will be won over by observing your pure and reverent lives.
1 Peter 3:1-2
Like me, there are many wives who have husbands who are either saved but not living out their full potential and purpose in Christ; or are not saved at all. It can be frustrating because as his wife we see all that he could be. But the Word of God charges us to live Godly lives and speak not. Stop beating him over the head with the Word every time you see fit. If your attitude and tone isn't right, he won't receive it anyway.
Many are praying, "Lord let him go to church with me." Today, I charge you to change your prayer. Let's begin to pray that our husband have a life-changing encounter with the Lord. Let's pray that he will be in a faithful and committed relationship with the Lord. If he only goes to church, that's not enough to keep him. But having a relationship with the Lord will.
Live a life that will lead your husband to Christ. He watches you more than he hears you. Today appreciate who is now and thank God in advance for who he will become. Until his change comes be patient, gentle, kind, loving, supportive, respectful and CHRIST-LIKE.
We can do this!!! Blessings, Kamila
